Manhattan School of Music offers students 和 alumni online ordering options for transcripts. We have authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide these services via the Web.

Obtaining a copy of your transcript is easy. To order an official transcript(s), 登录 to the Clearinghouse secured site.

• The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options 和 fees.
• The fee for transcripts is $20.00 /份.
• There is also a processing fee of $2.50 charged per recipient, 和 an additonal $1.00 charged per electronic PDF transcript requests.
• Payment can be made using any major credit card. You will only be charged after your order has been completed.
• Order updates will be emailed to you with options to track your order online.

Letters of Certification

Should currently enrolled students or alumni require a letter from the Office of the Registrar certifying enrollment or attendance for insurance, 银行, 和 /or scholarship purposes, a request for this letter must be made in writing. All requests take approximately 3 to 5 working days. Incomplete or illegible requests may take longer. Rush processing is not available for certification letter requests.

Replacement 文凭

校友 wishing to replace a lost or destroyed diploma should follow the procedure below. Please note that the replacement diploma will be created using current design 和 signed by current officials; it will not be a duplicate of your old diploma.

Write a letter to the Registrar requesting a new diploma 和 include all of the following:

• Date of birth
• Social Security Number
• Range of dates attended MSM
• Degree programs or degrees completed at MSM; if earned more than one degree, please indicate which degree you are requesting for the diploma (one degree per diploma)
• Address to which the diploma should be mailed
• 签名
• Mail the application, letter, 和 a check or money order for $40.00(以美元计).S. dollars 和 made payable to “Manhattan School of Music”) to the address below. 注意:你.S. residents may either arrange to pick up the diploma in person or have it mailed by certified U.S. Postal Service (no charge) to an address that is not a P.O. Box; International mailing charges via DHL shipping vary by destination.
